TEACHING RESPONSIBILITY
UNDOUBTEDLY STOPS TOBACCO
Smoking habits established in adolescence tend to endure and
its usage rate increases between ages 12-18, particularly
among minority groups. The series is intended to demonstrate
the effectiveness of "Becoming Responsible". "Project Trust"
encourages making a choice to be accountable for your thoughts,
feelings, language, and behavior. The intent is to: reduce
the incidence of new tobacco usage among participating youth
and increase health behaviors such as healthful nutrition
habits, physical activity, and discourage alcohol/other substance
use.
